Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how free trials, cancellations, and refunds work for Catamend subscriptions. It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Free trial
Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends to avoid any charge. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial and your payment method is charged the plan price.
2. Billing & renewal
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Each charge covers the upcoming one-month billing period.
3. Cancelling
- You can cancel at any time from the Billing page inside the app, or by uninstalling Catamend from your Shopify Admin.
- When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period, and it will not renew afterward. You keep access until then.
4. No refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. Because each charge grants a period of access that begins immediately, we do not offer refunds — full or prorated — for any billing period, including partial or unused periods after a subscription has renewed.
The 3-day free trial is provided precisely so you can evaluate Catamend in full before any charge occurs. If you do not wish to be billed, cancel before the trial ends. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your current period ends (see “Cancelling” above) — cancelling stops all future charges.
5. Price changes
If we change plan pricing, we will give reasonable prior notice and the change will apply from your next billing period. You may cancel before it takes effect if you do not agree.
